Who says that bookshelves are for books? Well, surely not these ones from the Room Collection by Kyuhyung Cho that are more for looking at than filling with stuff.
Over the long bank holiday weekend, I went to not one but two picnics with friends and their kids in a beautiful park near the Appia Antica, here in Rome, a large area of wild nature full of Roman ruins and secret paths. We walked a lot and I saw some amazing trees with incredible trunks. I would have loved to take some photos but I am not the kind of person who always has their phone in their pocket.
In a time where everybody is into iron and vintage I crave some nice hand-made wooden pieces of furniture or features like the ones by Kyuhyung Cho in the pictures above.

Chi dice che le librerie sono fatte per i libri? Sicuramente non quelle della Room Collection di Kyuhyung Cho che sono fatte più per essere guardate che per essere riempite di roba.
Durante questo lungo weekend del Primo Maggio, ho partecipato non a uno ma a ben due pic-nic con amici e bambini in un bellissimo parco vicino all'Appia Antica, qui a Roma, un'immensa area di natura selvaggia, rovine romane e sentieri segreti. Abbiamo camminato tantissimo e ho visto alcuni meravigliosi alberi con incredibili tronchi. Avrei voluto fare delle foto ma (purtroppo?) non sono una di quelle persone che ha sempre il telefono in tasca.
In un periodo in cui tutti sono fissati con il ferro ed il vintage, io sono assetata di bei pezzi fatti a mano in legno come quelli di Kyuhyung Cho illustrati qui sopra.
